Description
Killishi, sometimes spelled Kilishi, is a well-known dried meat delicacy from Northern Nigeria. It is prepared by cutting meat into very thin strips, seasoning it with a blend of spices, and then drying it to extend its shelf life. The finished product is a richly flavored, spicy snack similar to jerky, widely appreciated across the region. Note that this is a simple homemade version of Killishi, and preparation methods can differ depending on local traditions.
